Which Phone is for you ?

Introduction:

As the title suggests on this page i am gonna give you some points to consider before you buy a phone and to
be more accurate an 'Android' phone which suits your budget and needs. Cus buying an Android device can be really messy sometimes.
Some people might judge a phone from its specs , some by its price point and others by it's looks. And thats where the beauty lies in the Android phone industry lies, you get so many options unlike Windows Phones or Apple's iPhone. But in the sea of  various android phone launched by companies and with rapid emergence of new smartphone companies, it has become really difficult to choose which phone is a steal deal for you.
But hey, you landed up on this page (thank god ;)) and most probably your confusion will be if not fully then partially be solved......
SO WHY WAIT LET'S GET STARTED........

HERE WE GO. . . . . .

  1. Decide your budget : It is the first part for most of the buyers buying an mid range or a budget android device , while people for whom money is not an issue, this point doesn't exist for them. While phones below 10000 in Indian currency or around that comes under the budget segment and price tag of around 15k to 25k comes under mid- range devices. Any thing above 30k , i consider it as a high end device.
  2. What will you do with your device: Now, what is the meaning of spending money on something which you are not going to use(unless you willing to spend just to show off to a bunch of people). You cannot get everything perfect suiting your needs in the budget or mid range section. One device comes with an impressive camera , some with an awesome display, some with great multitasking ability i.e to  run multiple apps without hiccups while few come with great gaming performance. While there are phones which offer a pretty good complete package and excelling in a department (which i prefer).
  3. Brand Value: Now there are many new entrants in the phone industry which offer       pretty good and sometimes awesome devices. But some people only stick to premium   brands like Samsung, its good, but in the budget segment their devices feel outdated. So, now its time to look out feature full device and not just brand. and if you get both you are lucky......

Those three points were the starting points to consider , let me tell you in detail.

After you decide your budget let it be flexible, what i mean to say is don't just stick to a price point like if you decide to buy a phone worth 15k then it should mean you are willing to pay 500 or 1000 bucks more if you find a nice device. Also some companies do not provide earphone or a fast charger(if device supports it) so, if you want them you have spend a little extra (it's good if you already have them).

After that you have to see what features you want in your phone and which will enable you not to rely on others for a certain task.
A majority of phone now a days offer 5 inches to 5.5 inches of screen so decide which one is for you.
Then comes the display resolution a device with a 5 inch screen can have resolution of a device of 5.5 inch screen size. Higher resolution leads to a higher price.
Then comes Ram, all good devices have at least 1 GB of ram on board but now a days even on a budget device we see 2 gigs of ram. So, look out for that. Now, processor, look for which phone has a greater processor , more cores lead to better multitasking and higher clock speed means better gaming experience.
But thats not all now a days with increasing competition companies are trying to put more and more power in their devices to attract customer but this leads to heating of devices. Android devices tend to heat up. Yes, this problem exists in the budget segment most. Heating not only leads to a slow device but may also damage
the components of the device. So, better watch out.
Camera.... yes, smartphone photography and taking selfies is a popular trend and now a days and mobile phones taking place of camera. Some companies offer good camera modules so, if you are going to use the phone for photography .. get a nice camera phone.
Coming to the security part, Android is not known for its security features, but introduction of finger print sensor is a break through . Whats interesting is some of the budget devices boast a finger print sensor which are better than a mid range phone's sensor.
Coming to sim card and memory card support ..... Android phones offer lots of memory on board but i don't know why companies have started excluding memory card slot. What to do with a pc grade configuration on a phone when you cannot expand the storage. Here i would like to praise Asus whose phones have a memory card slot even on the phones having 64 gb storage space. but for some people on board storage is enough so it's OK for them. Another thing is the introduction of Hybrid sim slots which means you can either avail dual sim capability or the memory card support, which according to me is a smart move as some people not want the dual sim capability but the memory card support while some may settle with the dual sim capability without memory card. So, choose wisely, what you want Only dual sim , Hybrid one , or dual sim with memory card slot.
At last i would like to tell you guys that read before buying a device read its reviews (not the user review). For people who don't want to buy online, options are less. But online buyers have lots of options to choose from, you may end up buying a phone which is launched by a new company, but it may be worth buying so don't just exclude it just because it is a new entrant. More over don't just waste money for fancy specs.
Listen to your heart.

That's  it from me guys .......................  see ya..... :)
